Amy Appelhans Gubser, Sarah Roberts, and Kirk McKinney completed the 25th, 26th, and 27th Round-Trip Angel Island swims today – the first triple tandem of the iconic San Francisco Bay marathon. The trio finished in 6 hours, 2 minutes this morning (pending MSF ratification), supported by pilot Greg Gubser, kayaker Miguel Melendez, feeder David Roberts, timer Robin Rose, and observer Evan Morrison.
